Casual Retail Sales Assistant -
2 to 3 days per week and weekend work as required


Billabong Garden Complex is seeking a casual retail sales assistant.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of a progressive Garden Complex, that offers more than just beautiful plants; Allied products, pots and water features, unique gift ware and an onsite café are all part of the Billabong experience.  The successful applicant will work approximately two to three days per week and must be available for weekend work as required.


If you’re driven by putting a smile on a customer’s face and helping them make their garden grow, we would like to hear from you!  As the first point of contact for Billabong customers, you will provide them with the information, advice and inspiration they need to choose the plants and allied products they require for their garden projects and successful plantings.  The position also requires stock control duties such as stocking and creating displays, pricing, stock maintenance and movement. 


Award wages will be paid and the relevant training provided to the successful applicant, who will work as part of a small team of fun and friendly staff.  Retail/sales experience is essential.  Applicants with a horticultural qualification, horticultural experience or who have a genuine love of plants/gardening and willingness to learn will be considered.
